O sing a new song to the Lord, for he has worked wonders!
Saint Vincent de Paul Parish is blessed to have a vibrant music program, including the full, conscious and active participation of our entire congregation. I am pleased and honored to serve as your Director of Music Ministry, and look forward to meeting each of you—current members of the music ministry, future members of the music ministry, and all members of our parish.
With a broad range of musical ensembles, and many opportunities for service, we invite you to participate in the SVdP Music Ministry, sharing the gifts that God has given you. Wherever your interests lie, there is a place for you to belong, expand your participation in the church, and offer your skills and talents to our community.
We welcome your involvement, and hope you will consider expanding your participation in the Music Ministry.

Music Ministry FAQ
Do I have to know how to read music? No, rehearsals are geared to all levels, including new comers. If you have a question about your abilities, contact the Director of Music.
What are my obligations? Most (but not all) ensembles meet once a week and sing for mass on Sunday. That being said, there is a group for everyone. For example, our Contemorary Ensemble rehearses on Sundays before mass.
Can I try it out if I'm not sure? Of course, all are welcome to explore the atmosphere of music ministry.
What will I get out of it? What won't you get out of it? Here, we explore and expand our spiritual and prayer lives. We come together as a community and make friends. We develop our singing technique and music reading abilities. Being in music ministry pays dividens!
This is your opportunity to serve your parish by leading the church in sung prayer and praise to God! We have a wide variety of ensembles from which you may choose. I look forward to meeting you and working with you. Please click on the different links to register and read more about our ministry.
