Grace Within (formerly Ministry of Mothers Sharing "MOMS") is a small group spiritual formation process for women utilizing personal journals and led by peers. This personal spiritual growth experience is grounded in a 26 year history and rooted in the Benedictine values of hospitality, prayer, and community. The spiritual process invites awareness, listening, humility, reflection, silence, and presence.
This ministry invites you to understand how you can grow spiritually; to seek and know your inner spark of divinity; and to become who God created you to be. Each of the 8-sessions begins and ends with a prayer designed to enhance the Christian perspective on the following topics:
- Self-Esteem and Self-Acceptance
- Stress, Worries and Anxiety
- Everyday Spirituality
- Feelings
- Personal Growth
- Expressing Values in Friendship
- Discernment of Gifts
- Celebration of New Beginnings
Grace Within is for women with wisdom to share; women who are searching for answers and meaning in their vocation; women who find life fulfilling, challenging, rewarding, and/or frustrating. This is a place for you!
